about your Organisation, the job, growth prospects and how he
would gain by taking on the assignment.
Assess
After
the interview we discuss each candidate with you. This helps us
understand you better and is an excellent input for future
reference. We also apprise you on the reactions of the people you
met so that you get an objective feed back before making up your
mind on a person.
Select

assistance is provided in finalising with each candidate selected
for appointment by you, negotiating the salary, checking
references, keeping in touch with the candidate till he joins and
settles into the job and organisation.
Follow-through
Though
our responsibility formally ends 2 months after a selected
candidate joins you, we like to keep abreast of his performance
regularly so that we can analyse the effectiveness of our
contribution and learn from each recruitment to improve on it the
next time.
